We bake all of our products with care, using quality ingredients. Because our products are made by hand and often made to order, minor variations in appearance may occur.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax, which will be added at checkout where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Boss Lady Kitchen is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information or third-party carriers.
Some items may be local delivery or pickup only, depending on freshness and perishability.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item, damage during shipping), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at robynn.bossladykitchen@gmail.com. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
6. Allergies and Food Safety
Please review our Allergen Information page before ordering. While we try to accommodate dietary needs, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens.

All content on this site, including photos, product descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of Boss Lady Kitchen. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
